OpenAuthCert Overview

The Open Authentication Certification Initiative (OpenAuthCert) provides a transparent, Git-native framework for verifying identity and single sign-on capabilities. This repository hosts the entire certification lifecycle including:

• Schema definitions for issued badges
• A FastAPI badge service for issuing, revoking, and verifying cryptographically signed badges
• Automated GitHub Actions workflows that validate submissions and probe live deployments
• Static documentation and registry pages served through VitePress
